Target

"I frequent this Target location due to it being right off the interstate when in route to and from work. Today I had the worst encounter with the most poorly trained, and undeniably laziest staff that Target has ever employed. I wanted to order items that were not available in store and some were available in store but I want to just do one order and have it delivered to my residence in Louisiana. OMG why did I say that, the associate instantly went and got another associate that lacked understanding as well to what I have done multiple times before. With that being said I request to speak with the manager. Management took so long to come and acknowledge me that I call the store phone and as the manager on duty answers the phone he with a crew of mid-level (hourly) associates basically position themselves in close proximity of me as if they were there to assist but I can tell it was as if they were unsure if I was about to turn into what some may categorize as the “angry big black woman”. Basically they played nice and did exactly what I originally wanted with the exception of having the items being delivered to my Louisiana residence due to me changing my mind and having them shipped to my temporary Texas residence. Long story short, I will not be returning to that location. I like Target but the service that I received today was subpar. Maybe because I just had on sweats and a baseball cap and I didn’t “appear” to be a valued customer. Well shame on you and when I say you I mean every associate at that location that I encountered today because I will be telling family, friends, colleagues and anyone I come in contact with about the horrible experience that I had at this Target location. I am by no means stating that I will not shop at Target in the future but it will be a cold day in hell before I go to that Target location."

"as a loyal target girly that consistently shops at target, especially this location with its close proximity to my home. I am highly disappointed in their snarky highlighter remark from my curbside. I understand people checking in before they arrive, but please understand I live 60 seconds away it would not have made a difference from the time I received the notification that my order was ready and the time that I pulled in to my spot. Incredibly rude but not surprising as I’ve had other altercations at this location with one of their cart attendees. I suggest corporate gets a rope of this location and hire people who actually enjoy working with the public. I will from now on be going out of my way to another location."

"This Target does not accept any vendor coupons! The manager is not willing to conduct good CS either and doesn't care that customers leave there to shop at Walmart! They also don't train their checkout clerks on how to bag items as I purchased some cards and they were placed in a bag with canned goods and some cleaner, which leaked onto one of the cards and I had to throw it out! Also I looked for some grocery items but they either had expired or were getting ready to within the next week. Several items I was hunting for were no where to be found. This store is terrible and I won't waste the trip there next time!"

"This store needs a major remodel since the 1990s. They just recently got up to date product scanners throughout the store. They don’t have enough self checkout lanes either. All the regular registers are never open and it takes forever to leave this store."

"Target is definitely reminding me more and more of Walmart. Please open enough lanes to get customers out within a decent amount of time. 15 minutes waits should not be when there are plenty of employees present. If you cannot do that, add more self service kiosks! Thanks in Advance!!!"
