"Customer service is good but when you show them the internet isn’t working correctly an explain to them you have worked with internet before they make up excuses an the service provider is never called nor is the router ever reset properly an we pay 500$ for a week something needs to give McDonald’s Wi-Fi works better than here u can’t even watch TikTok on your phone very disappointed!!!!! Internet still a disappointment you can’t even connect to it in your room nor in the lobby for the router being fried there’s never been a technician even here to replace 500$ for a week an you can’t even call out on your cell phone using Wi-Fi nor do a zoom call this 2023 very disappointing but you can go to Taco Bell’s Wi-Fi an it work fine. But here you can’t even connect right by the router in the lobby. Please please fix this"

"Hi there, just wanted to recommend this place. Great staff that are willing to help you like my pal Rai. This place is a little ruff to get into due to construction. So don't worry, you will have a place to stay. If you got pet, they're pet friendly. You will see individual walking their dogs around."
