"My partner and I traveled to Dallas for our anniversary/his birthday and decided to stay here because of the glowing reviews. We were so right to come here! I'm not familiar with the DFW area so from the lense of an outsider I felt very safe and reasonably close to everywhere we wanted to go. The real charm of the visit was definitely Carlos and the rest of the wonderful staff! Every single person we interacted with was so kind, accommodating, and went out of their way to enrich our stay. Our room was ready early, everything was clean and organized, overall a great experience on every level. Thank you so much Carlos and Best Western team members!! We will be back!"

"American Airlines flight cancellation resulted in a one-night stay here. Although a distance from the Dallas airport, the hotel was a wonderful experience. Congenial desk staff, even going above and beyond to provide a snack when restaurants were closed at our midnight arrival. Spacious room, lots of seating, comfortable bed, and clean. Breakfast had a large variety, several hot entrees, and Starbucks coffee. Karyn, the breakfast attendant was personable and welcoming. We would recommend this hotel to anyone in the area."

"Staff is kind and caring. Karyn, a breakfast attendant, asked my reason for visit. Unfortunately my reason was to clean out a deceased relatives house. She was compassionate, and the next morning met me with all sorts of information she had found for me on my behalf. She even remembered my name. The man at the front desk was equally kind and ensured I had everything I needed and was treated well. I will definitely stay here if I need to come down again."

"I usually don’t stay at Best Western. I travel a lot for work and have several bad experiences. I read the positive reviews and decided to try this hotel because it was so close to where I was working. I stayed 6 nights and was not disappointed. From my first encounter with Joseph to the end of my stay, the customer service was on point. The rooms were large and very clean. Breakfast each morning with Karyn was delicious with lots of options. This hotel was better than 4 star hotels I’ve stayed at. I was extremely impressed. The whole staff deserves to be congratulated on superior customer service. Thank y’all for a wonderful stay."

"We stayed recently for 2 days while in town for a wedding. The rooms were excellent, clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast was great and looked forward to. Marilyn and ladies did a great job in the morning, very attentive. Housekeeping staff was excellent. Front desk managed and staffed with can do attitude. Will stay again !"
