"Got put up here by american airlines after my flight was cancelled. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was nice, staff was helpful. Nothing to complain about really, i was skeptical but it was a nice stay."

"Horrible! Our 1st room smelled like vomit and stale French fries, the refrigeratorwas broken, and the phone didn't work. Second room smelled better but wasn't very clean, it was small and tile was cracked, towel rack broken, paint cracked and major chipping, and the iron didn't work. The breakfast was minimal. Cold boiled eggs, cereal and one waffle maker with thinned out batter. Would never stay here again!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE!! The front desk clerk was trying to be helpful. That where the good news ends. First room..... Smelled like rotten food, refrigerator did not work at all, and the telephone didn't work. We were moved to another room. Second room.... Much smaller but at least it didn't stink and everything seemed to work until my wife tried to use the iron. We had to go to the front desk to get another one. The sheetrock was cracked and paint peeling. Bathroom was not clean and the towel rack was falling off the wall. The door didn't close good and the locks were very loose. Windows don't lock either. I've definitely stayed in worse places, but I was wearing handcuffs when I was thrown in there. Save yourself some trouble and stay somewhere else. One star because Google made me."

"I found a bed bug as soon as I walked in and turned on the lights and therefore I do not recommend this hotel. I was sent here from DFW on a voucher due to a flight delay and I wound up having to find my own alternate accommodations and transportation as it approached midnight. Overall horrible experience. photo evidence of bug attached. Another guest on a layover voucher also found worms crawling her walls and had to leave."

"The staff were extremely nice and helpful. It looks like they are trying to have a nice hotel, but the maintenance is lacking, and the tile work is really bad. There was a 1"-2" depression in the floor by the front desk with broken tile, and the rest was not level and lacking grout. In my room, the door would not deadbolt due to alignment, the blackout shade was stuck 1/4 of the way up, there was no shampoo, one lamp did not work, and the sink only had hot water. The cold side was leaking, so they just shut it off. They have a decent complimentary breakfast. Overall, it was a decent place. It just needs some maintenance."
