Baymont by Wyndham Lewisville

"Just not sure where to start other than STAY AWAY. Our stay was horrible!!! The location was within 3 miles of where we were for the weekend. The room, o geez, was horrendous. Only a sheet and the decorative bed thing was only covers. AC and heater couldn't get correct room temp, everything in the bathroom was broke, shower leak, hand rail in shower was broke, light in bathroom never went off, no remote for TV, glad we were not in room long enough to watch much TV. Someone tried getting into our room so we had to block ourselves in to make sure it didn't happen in the middle of the night. The smell of marijuna in the hallway at 6:30 am was so egregious, although there were no smoking signs posted everywhere. We were walking down the hall one night of our 2 night stay and it sounded like someone was throwing someone against the door in one room. Hire a maintaince man and fix up the rooms and have some pride."

"I'm a diamond member with a booked. A room for early check in nine o'clock AM as soon as I walked in the door around 2 o'clock. The indian guy dismissed me and said he does not have a room until three o'clock on the dot. The parking lot was empty no maids in sight what gives?!?!?"

"My TV did not work!!!! Not good. I told the front desk l would Shane him! He offered to switch room, but l getting ready to shower up. And was just too tired to switch,after unpacking all my stuff. The TV should always work!"

"The room was very dirty. My daughter found beer caps on the floor in our room along with hair and what looked like blood splats in the shower. And it smelt like pee. And no coffee in the room."

"This hotel was horrible, when I say horrible I mean literally. I had to change rooms 3 times due to, a wetbcarpet because of the ceiling was leaking. After the entry of the second room, there was a huge smoke smell. After I specifically said, non smoking. After receiving a third room, my clothes were stolen from the wash room. This is not a hotel its a motel for low lives and thieves. Do not stay here, I wasted my $100 bucks. Everything from the entry way to th rugs are nasty."
