"I was on the phone for nearly an hour trying to cancel a reservation for a conflict that was completely out of my control. I was certain I would need the hotel and for my daughter's dance competition but the event location was changed. Because I am struggling financially, I booked a lower cost reservation that had a zero cancel policy. I was hopeful that the hotel would understand my predicament but they won't offer me any one-time cancellation. I have never asked for anything like this before under my rewards account. Very very poor customer service and understanding."

"Ok the hotel 1st floor is under renovation but we were just bringing the grandkids for a swim day locally...I called the night before the wonderful Ashley checked me in over the phone told her by the pool please. She explained the renovation issue told her no problem we were just there for the day to swim. She put us 100 ft from the pool was waiting with a smile and was beyond wonderful all day and made it awesome for our grandkids! So attentive professional rare in the younger generation! The breakfast much better than normal continental clean the 2 girls in there awesome all over that little buffet fresh hot ! A gentleman or two who were hustling around were equally as awesome happy welcoming! Great value ! Pool was chilly but clean efficient fun ! Our room was just renovated and wow the eating area as well fantastic ! Ashley your a gem !"

"Security Bo had excellent customer service and he went above and beyond. I was in dire need of some entertain and low and behold this guy pulled out two decks of uno cards. I will be a returning customer due to this man’s efforts and spirit."

"Very difficult to rate a hotel that is undergoing a MAJOR renovation Room was nice with awesome bed and the usual accompaniments. Breakfast bar was ample and hot. Front desk personnel were friendly and efficient. When upgrades are finished; this unit will be a star for Holiday Inn Express!"

"Everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The beds were quite comfortable. The breakfast was awesome. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is that the hotel is a little older but that will soon be remedied because they are remodeling. I will definitely stay here again."
