"Just wanted 2 whopper Jr's. Ordered with bacon and cheese. They are supposed to be 2 for $5. Argued with both cashier and manager. He said 2 for 5 was only for normal whopper Jr's. See pictures. So either the sign is incorrect or they are being difficult. It's only like $1.50 extra but it really annoyed me because of managers attitude."

"Ordered 2 large fries and they would only give me 1 complimentary sauce. I was told I would have to pay for a 2nd sauce, per their policy. Even though I ordered 2 large fries. Absolutely absurd. Would never return here again and neither should you."

"Longest wait time ever. One person ahead in the drive thru and it took over 30 minutes for us to get our two meals. Had to wait to order, and then had to pull off to the side to wait for food. If it was fresh, that would’ve been fine. We got cold fries, and our drinks (sprite and a coke) both tasted like nothing- just carbonated. Do not recommend."

"Once a month I pick up breakfast for our church men's fellowship. I usually call ahead as it a larger order and they have been very accommodating. The manager, Rachel is awesome!"

"Manager Leo did a great job. There was a girl folding king hats that gave each of our girls a few hats and showed our daughters how to fold them. Very friendly staff. I am a fan of Burger King (prefer Burger King’s Burgers over McDonald’s). I do wish Burger King’s fries were better (I wish the fries were more similar to McDonald’s or even Checkers). We have visited many BK’s in the area, today we went to the one in Algonquin on Randall Road. Food was excellent, hot and fresh. Service was amazing. I ordered a double whopper with cheese and it was the best double whopper I had from a Burger King in a long time, fresh and hot. Ordered nuggets for the kids and a few extra burgers and fries for our neighbors kids. Food was excellent, playground was very clean (for the kids). Keep up the good work Algonquin location."
