"Mary at the Algonquin Kohl's is just amazing. She noticed a stain on a shirt we were buying that we missed. We were able to get another one and not have to come back to the store. She was so helpful! Thanks Mary!"

"I went into Kohls to make some amazon returns. While there, I saw a shirt that I wanted to try on. I went into the fitting room in the ladies department. All of the sudden I hear a male voice who it seemed was in with his daughter. I finished what I was doing, walked out to the man standing by the dressing room stalls. I found an associate and TOLD HER there was a man in the women’s dressing room with his daughter and I felt it was more appropriate for him to stand outside. The associate looks at me and says our dressing rooms are gender neutral. I have some suggestions for Kohls to satisfy those customers who would prefer not to use a gender neutral fitting room: 1. Label the dressing rooms as gender neutral. 2. Have dressing rooms available that are not gender neutral for those who choose to use them. 3. Put doors on the stalls that go from floor to ceiling in the gender neutral fitting rooms."

"I went in to look for a man’s colored dress shirt. My husband got his last 2 shirts here. I only found 6 white dress shirts hanging up, no racks or on tables, like before. No one was around to ask -was I in the wrong area? The cashier was nice and directed me to where I was, so no help. I ended up getting something else. She did help me sign up for a new Kohls card as she could not find my account. I had left my card at home. I was a bit surprised to see self checkout. I had a security tag on my cloths so couldn’t use them. Probably would not use self checkout."

"I really like going to this kohls location because it's conveniently located by me. It is bigger than most and has a lot more product in store. I just wish they didn't have such unorganized sale racks. It's only sometimes but it makes it hard to really go through them."
