"While putting an extremely overpriced shoe on the wall, the leg mannequin fell and hit me in the head, it completely blacked me out and made me look like an absolute idiot in front of everybody as a fell onto the ground. I request a store credit from management that sees this"
"The employees are still very helpful and always there to help. My spouse and I have frequented this store on several occasions, purchasing Christmas items for relatives. During one visit, my wife noticed a couple of outfits she liked, though there weren't any coordinated sets available at the time. She decided to wait until after the holiday season to look again, content with the Northface jacket we bought for her then. Later, we returned to check out some Nike outfits, but were disappointed by the chaotic placement of clothes and the lack of matching colors and sizes. Then we seen the prices for Nike outfits, oh no! The notion that Nike can justify charging over $320 for a basic top and bottom is ludicrous to me. This is not an Armani suit. We're talking about a brand whose products are manufactured by children in developing countries for minimal wages. If we live in what is trying so hard to be a WOKE county...what is this saying about this store. I wish now my family as well as myself would have made a better choice. 2 stars because the employees are awesome. I'm sure this too shall fall on deaf ears."
"I think they train their employees in customer evasion. The times that I have been in there, I have to search for someone, especially the shoe department. I'll see 2 or 3 employees chatting and then they scatter whenever someone appears to be approaching them. I was looking for tennis shoes. I finally found someone. They only stock 1 Adidas men's tennis shoe in 2 colors. They have close to 10 different women's tennis shoes. The Pickle Haus opened up across the street. People will need shoes."
"I go into the store everything is misplaced. I ask for help from one person who says not there Department i then go looking for someone for 30 minutes and can't find anyone then go look for a help desk to find out there isn't one and to see the line is 12 people waiting with 6 people on registers with only 2 people using them"
"After wearing a 200$ pair of shoes for a week and realizing they are bad due to a defect in the left shoe I was told these shoes are not accepted back for return and to contact the manufacturer. I called the corporate customer support and was given the same response. Not coming back for this experience. These are running shoes what do you expect!!!!! I reached out to cloud QC and they told me sorry my foot was hurting and gave me a run around and spun me back around to the store. this is about a week later. I callee the corporate line again. And had an extensively long conversation again which barely ended with a offer of 50$ for my trouble and no additional support. They said maybe try the store again. I Know for sure they called the store. I did try the shoes on in store and told them this. They think I'm some sorta malicious shoe guy because they ensured to let me know that THAT THE SHOES ARE NOT DEFECTIVE AND THAT I AM THE PROBLEM. The manager was not there when I first came in and was talked to CS. But after I had grabbed a pair of HOKAs to exchange and when back the the cash register thats when It was ensured to tell me how this huge debacle is my defective foots problem which I though was really unusual to have made a comment like that and say the shoes totally normal despite my long story and explanation of the issue. I was adamant on my reasoning for wanting to return the shoe. My left outer ankle was getting poked by the top of tue show. This was only my left show and it happened very shortly within the first week of breaking it in. I did try the shoes on in store and walked around and explained this as well. I'm not happy about the extent of the proccess I had to go through to deal with this issue it took too long."
