"Each worker that I've spoken with has helped me completely. I've never had any issues with this location."
"Extremely clean and organized! The best Hobby Lobby I've ever been to! BUT...... The frames I purchased were not the quality I've come to expect. Because I started my project (I needed to use 12 frames 11 x 14) I had no choice but to use them. They were not square, they were not a consistent, exact size, they were painted poorly and some of the glass was scratched! These issues didn't have a huge affect on the outcome of my project but it definitely took more time and frustration!"
"I would normally give Hobby Lobby a better review but this time I can't. I was at the store on Randall Rd in Algonquin yesterday (January 27) at 10:00. The store opens at 9. I went to use the ladies room and every stall was dirty. The toilets were not flushed, there was toilet paper on the floor, the garbage cans were full, the sinks were dirty but the worst part is that the handicap stall has feces in the toilet and on the toilet seat. I told the manager!!! Really disappointed in this Hobby Lobby!!"
"I always find what I need at Hobby Lobby. Recently, it saved me from failing to deliver a promised project. I wood burn by hand custom art onto wood. A family member requested a sign for their wedding and reception. The cork board I wanted to use turned out to be a terrible idea because my pattern wasn't transferring clearly... so I needed a new plan and fast. I found a 'tombstone' shaped piece of wood with a convenient kickstand that was the perfect size for my project (I needed larger than 18x24 and the wood was about 20x30.) While the wood itself was not ideal for a clean burn line and was also extremely temperature sensitive, I still managed to finish the project. I feel satisfied with the results because beggars can't be choosers, and it still turned out beautifully. Even though Amazon could've delivered a more ideal wood, for artist wood burning, the same day, nothing compares to Hobby Lobby's project oriented products and being able to see and touch in person. Precut, pre-assembled, in various sizes, and even before the sale price, I felt it was reasonably priced at $25-ish. There were so many awesome things in the aisle that I bought a few more items for future projects. Side note, for people looking to start a hobby, this is a great place to pick up starter items for a fair price. This is where I purchased my first wood-burning tool before I graduated to a more expensive tool. I was pleased to see that since I started burning, Hobby Lobby has expanded their tool selection and now carries a variety of tools for levels of skill/project needs."
"They have many items you could need to keep yourself busy in a hobby. This particular time, they had many Christmas items we purchased for decorating the house. At 50% off, what a deal."
