"The manager, Nick, is wonderful! He is extremely patient, kind, helpful, and courteous. I tried on numerous pairs and spent about 30 minutes deciding which pair to choose. Nick answered and addressed every concern I had regarding brands and style. After purchasing the sunglasses I chose, he thoroughly cleaned them and shaped them to the fit I preferred. He made sure I left his store happy and satisfied with my purchase. I have returned to the store to purchase a new pair since my original purchase and Nick treated me with the same excellent customer service. If I ever need another pair or a fit adjustment I will only choose Apex because of Nick."
