"The manager, Nick, is wonderful! He is extremely patient, kind, helpful, and courteous. I tried on numerous pairs and spent about 30 minutes deciding which pair to choose. Nick answered and addressed every concern I had regarding brands and style. After purchasing the sunglasses I chose, he thoroughly cleaned them and shaped them to the fit I preferred. He made sure I left his store happy and satisfied with my purchase. I have returned to the store to purchase a new pair since my original purchase and Nick treated me with the same excellent customer service. If I ever need another pair or a fit adjustment I will only choose Apex because of Nick."

"Nick the manager was amazing I tried on just about every pair in the store and he not once got annoyed very patient and understanding and recommend me something that best fit, I have bought about 3 pairs of glasses from him and I will definitely go again soon. "Let me start off by stating that Nick (the store manager) was sooo helpful and polite. Truly delivered great customer service AND gave us a $50 discount for the Tory Burch glasses we purchased. Sweet!!! I recommend this store for the selection of glasses it has. But more importantly, for the customer service. Because like any business, aside from a quality product, customer service is just as imperative for a customer to return and purchase again in the future."

"Dropped by a few days ago with a buddy and we both got some new shades. The manager Nicholas, was very helpful and let us try on a ton, and even helped us save a bit so we could both get a pair. Very helpful! He was the deciding factor on my final choice of the costas and I couldn't be happier. Recommended!"
