"I want to say I was starting to get disappointed because I had called to ask for a dress in Women's formals. Nobody would answer me I started with customer service and was transferred it was 3:30pm. Women's perfumes answered and transferred me to a line that didn't work. I was on the line fothe phone was ringing ringing and ringing. Finally at 7:35pm I was sent to Jewelry, the young man Yahir answered he didn't know the extention number to where I needed to be transferred. But he said ma'am I will look up your item and if it's available I will take the phone directly to the department because I don't know the extention number. He helped me and went to the department got the dresses I needed and he put them on hold for me. I'm going to pick up all the way from waller tx after being on the phone for 5 hrs I'm happy there are still noble people in the department stores. Now I'm ready for a wedding on Sat he has really saved me thank you Yahir for the help and keep doing an amazing job!! People like you deserve nothing but the best for going above and beyond and not only staying in your department to help customers!!"

"Went to buy a cologne the person check my credit when I told her no she said we are upgrading your card just put your social security but it won’t impact my credit I ask her and she no so then she told me your extisting customer I was like yes I said why why did you check my credit she said no I didn’t I said yes you did but people be careful know I have a hard inquiry in my credit they will lye about upgrading and giving 20 percent off. they will check your credit I know can’t do nothing about it.Just buy on line these companies will just scam you.And in this type of these situation I will escalate because she knew what she was doing and she lied to me"
