"They have such cute clothes, but I always have such a bad experience at this location! I tried to exchange some pants one time bc a family member got it as a gift, and the clerk looked me dead in the eyes and said they've never sold that brand of jeans EVER. I was SO confused cause I TRIED THEM ON BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS AT THE STORE!! I gained a bit of weight and they didn't fit as expected anymore, but they refused to help me. This location is also always messy and hard to find anything where it's supposed to be."
"Tania went above and beyond! Last minute Christmas party shopping and was patient with me and provided outstanding customer service. Even made me a Pancho for the rain! Lol HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE SPECIFICALLY!!! WELL DONE TEAM!"
"Left with out the items I intended to buy- so INCREDIBLY short handed that it takes upwards of 30 min to cash out. Associate at register I was standing at was COMPLETELY confused and if someone spoke to her she would lose all train of thought and have to start over. Disorganized and dirty- it’s no wonder why the chain is in fast decline."
"Buyer beware!! JCP use to be a great store to buy from and be able to return. Now they are no joke about the 60 day policy and even with a reciept they said no. The store manager refused to speak or work me about how we could take care of the matter even when I said I could take store credit since I was unaware of the 60 days policy. I have called customer service and they said the store had to handle the issue but they refuse to make things right"
