I asked her if she had any problems with me while I was sitting here, but she just ignored me. As an employee there, she then threatened to kick me . Service was horrible. That's not how you treat customers, so I'm not sure if you had a horrible day or whatever.But that’s not right"
"People were friendly and helpful. However the music is so loud , it makes it difficult to shop in peace. You have to shout over the blaring hip hop music. Raised this to manager and he said “they tell us to keep music loud”. I said they need to be considerate of people and children who suffer from sensory overload."
"I went to this location about exchanging my shoes for a bigger size and they didn't have it in the store but prepared me for a 5-7 day shipment. I was a little sad because I wanted them for a trip but was cool with it. That same day I went to the store, I received a shipment notification and today I got my shoes! Thank you Angel and to his awesome manager for the great customer service; I appreciate you both for going above and beyond."
