"Showed up last night around 8:50 p.m. I went to footlocker and champ’s across from them and they didn’t have the pandas I was buying for my wife for valentines but they had them. Asked them for the size I needed and they bought it ASAP. Service was ok that’s why I gave them 4 stars."

"Asked to try out some shoes to one of the female reps when she went to the back to supposely find them she didnt resurface till 15 minutes later with no shoes in hand. She still made us wait, when my wife comfronted her about making us wait she denied we ever asked for shoes needles to say never again Shoe Palace this is what happens when you hire friends and family."

"Very bad shopping experience. We were looking around for some shoes did not find what we were looking for! So during the time I was looking several reps came up to me and offered some clothes that they had on sale. So I picked up a few jackets that were on sale for 24.97 org price was 50. So I get to the check out. The stuff I got did not ring up at the ticket price that was on tag. I asked to talk to a manager, the great said the store can not honor the price due to some paper work price change? How is that the customer fault? That the team failed to update the price change update. But yet they have reps offering those items walking around to offer to customers. Just got the old bait and switch. So the great came do not introduce them selves or greeted me. Just said He can not prove match it but would give me 10% off the 50 price. He never showed empathy or even tried to offer a great customer experience So I asked why he was reps walking around offering g those priced items to customers if the price is not right. He said to hustle people. A few reps where getting cash app money for some Jordan's that just came out that day I said why are you letting your workers do that? He did not reply. What other shady things does this mgr let the reps do! So I asked again please match the sale price he said no. So I asked for a Business card. He said he does not have one. So I asked again are you sure you are a manger he said yes very rudely. What kind of store manger does not have a business card. So I asked for his district mgr name(Gabe) and contact info. He refused to provide me with that information. So after a few mins he did find a business card and wrote his name and his district mgr phone number. Only to find out it was the store's phone number that no one will answer. So I have a family of 5 that always insist to shop here spent thousands of dollars here since the store opened a few years back. But they have lost my business. I will share this experience with every one I know at 5g speeds"

"Loved the atmosphere and vibe of this store. The staff were great and got me enthused about being there. The selection of shoes, socks, and other attire is great. Good quality items at reasonable prices. Will definitely be returning and doing a lot of shopping, hope you would take my suggestion and pay them a visit as well."

"I was assisted by I believe Mercedes (could be mistaken) who was very helpful and found two perfect shoes for me. My experience was excellent until I went to pay. The tall black woman behind the cashier ignored me for minutes and then rudely requested my card. It was a pity that my visit had to end that way as I was very happy with the initial service and items."
