"Great store, But their returning policy are terrible. I received a gift from this store was told I could return it if it didn't fit or if I did not like it by the person whom gave me the gift, an employee gave them that information. I didn't like the way it fit, tried to return the item and since I did not have a receipt because it was a gift they were only giving me credit for 17$ for an item that is 120$, so I guess lessons here is not to buy present for any family members here."
"0/5 stars. I made an online order for in-person pick-up for Van's size M 12 . They handed me a small shoe box, so I checked, and it was Vans size 4.5. After waiting 15 mimutes, they told me that two orders were switched. I called the store manager to find out why no one is checking the orders and the items before they hand it out. No one bothered to listen to me because I was put on hold multiple times for a while. Needless to say, I am a very unsatisfied customer. Do not make any online orders from this location."
