"Very good communication over phone (prompt call once item arrived) and over email. However, the price on the website for transfers is out of date. When mentioned the answer was: "I don't use it much - I have been charging $20 for 3 years." Also be aware the charge is per serial and not per form. Every place can be different, so just an FYI for others."
