Costco Wholesale -Pharmacy

"I called the pharmacy at 10:15 AM on 10-4-23 for a prescription refill which is at other Costco location (it’s a simple call to the store to transfer ). She told it will take more than 24 hrs or worst case 5:00 PM!! Never experienced this at Costco or any pharmacy that a refill is taking more than 24 hrs. This is a standard allergy nasal spray available everywhere What is the point of having Costco membership!!"

"I recently switched from an online pharmacy because of stock shortages of my medications and I am so glad I did! Every time I need to pick up my meds, they are so kind, efficient, and accommodating. Sometimes there’s a little line, but they do everything they can to keep it moving. I’ve mostly had Crystal and Kevin help me, and they both go out of their way to make sure I have everything I need. Kudos to them, and the rest of the pharmacy staff!"

"I went to the pharmacy today and a woman named Dana was there to “help” but instead of helping she was completely rude, unprofessional and acted entitled. I couldn’t believe the disrespect she showed me as a customer. I had my small son with me and was just in disbelief of the words that came out of her mouth in front of him. She should be fired and at the very least sent back for training on customer service. I did nothing to deserve her words of hate. If she’s miserable and hates her life she should reevaluate her actions not take it out on customers. Never coming back to use this pharmacy if she’s there. Ever. Dana it’s unfortunate you weren’t raised right."
