"Sam’s Club is great place to shop for anything that you may require as an individual, as family or as a business. It is better to visit regularly because some products are available at great deals for limited time. You will also be able to get top brands for great price . The range of produce , ready to eat meals for all diet types (vegetarian , non vegetarian, gluten free , keto etc ) , hardware , appliances, home supplies , fashion , books , toys , technology are fabulous. Their cafe is fabulous . GREAT value for money in case someone is looking for a quick bite to eat there or carry out for individuals or events . An example is $9 for a 16 inch Pizza. Attaching a photograph of a slice of the deluxe pizza."
"Some of the things I need are at a good price but others I can get elsewhere for the same or better. Customer service is only so-so. I had a return they refused in the time period allotted. I can't stand how often I'm approached in the store to upgrade my card or from 3rd party vendors selling something. Makes me want to not shop there."
"I went into Sam’s on 11-21-2023. Worst experience ever. I forgot to grab my ticket as I am dealing with a toddler. I remembered that I didn’t grab ticket and ask one of the associates wearing a yellow shirt or scarf? She tells me just show them your Sam’s card at the exit . They should be able to help you. I did that and the associate that could not speak English told me to go to the Hispanic lady next to him. Because he didn’t know how to do this sort of thing in broken down English. We walked back to the girl in yellow. The Hispanic lady asked her why she told me to go out when she could have assisted me? She claimed she didn’t have iPad. Finally found the ticket in trash. I told them I could not wait till I got the survey. Where the girl in yellow started screaming at me it was not her fault. I have been in customer service role the majority of my life. I would never scream at a customer or handle this situation in such a manner. Talk about needing training and better customer service skills."
"The second time, I tried pickup and waited over an hour, and the order wasn't ready. Put it in yesterday. Have a 1.5-hour drive. It's not acceptable. If you're going to offer a service, then honor it. Or say we are running behind, and I could have gone in and picked it up. So much for convenience. I will say the pickup staff is great and not their fault. Management needs to work on this issue."
