"I've been using this CVS for a long time as it's close to my home, and I get the best coverage from my insurance at CVS. The people have always been friendly and helpful. Occasionally there has been some issues with medications not being available, but those are due to nationwide shortages. Calling around to other CVS and Walgreens showed that those prescriptions were hard to fill at the time. I am always very pleased to be helped by Kaila. She's consistently friendly, smiling, and genuinely committed to providing Great service. Sometimes she's gone out of her way to make sure that my service is excellent. She is definitely an asset to this location and CVS as a whole."

"The vaccination appointment system is closed on its website. I walked into another store, and they sent me to this address, saying they'd help me. Even though they were still in their busyness hours, they refused to give this service to me. So, CVS, what is your solution? Your system is closed, and your workers reject the customers? Isn't it a false advertisement? You should declare that you don't provide vaccination services instead of making people drive between your useless centers."
