"I go to pick up prescription. I present a "Good RX" coupon for $29. The clerk, in a very disrespectful way, sneers and says "you got to show us that before we ring it up. You got to wait now." I wait, they don't do anything. Ten minutes later he tell me that the coupon is not accepted and I have to pay $46. I ask why, no answer, do I want the medicine or not. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful."
"I typically use the H-E-B location at 8801 S. Congress. The pharmacy is staffed much better despite the increased volume. The pharmacist who helped me with my vaccine today was so sweet despite how absolutely slammed they were. Get her some help!"
"I have made a formal complaint to the corporate office, and making a review here was the only way I got a response. I had to reorder meds as a default for one my mine, and will be counting pills to ensure I was t stolen from from another pharmacist."
"Took longer than they said... When in pain it seems even longer. Jennifer was less than pleasant. Especially when working with people that can be having pharmaceutical needs. Jennifer could revisit a customer service training. Looks at you like you're crazy when you ask her a question...like "why are you bothering me"? Mary was very nice for both interactions however I will not return."
