"This is by far the absolute best pharmacy! The staff is always easy to speak with, even during chaotic times, they have a high standard of how they treat people; every time! I go through the drive-thru, (best convenience ever), and they see my lil ride or die Frenchie with me and ALWAYS have a special treat for her! She now believes going there is for her! Best staff! I very much appreciate all they do and recognize that they do it with such respectful class! I appreciate them for who they are and respect what they do (and put up with at times, unfortunately)!"

"Just a heads up, they will cancel your curbside order after you check in for pick-up. Received a confirmation text and email that my curbside order was ready. Once I followed the steps in the email and checked in to pickup my online order it was never brought out. I waited and watched other curbside orders delivered to cars, and then received a text message stating I have successfully canceled my curbside order that I did not cancel. I called the store to let them know I just received a cancellation text while waiting for my curbside and they verified that they canceled the order. The worker stated they did not have the order anymore and canceled the order. No reason or excuse, they just canceled it. Contacted customer service for an explanation and all they could say is the store canceled the order."

"Poor service by the pharmacy staff. They are not customers friendly at all. Most of the time I didn't find the med prescribed by the doctor in this location. Even for frequently used medicine. Please change/look for a different location if possible or try other pharmacy. I found the OTC is cheaper In HEB than Walgreens. I wanted to give a negative rating to this store. But no option."

"The pharmacy service is AWFUL!! They never answer the phone, you're on hold forever and they don't communicate with the doctor if there are problems with the prescription. You have to do everything for them to get it right."
