"I called to ask about a prescription. Laura answered and was unsure of what I was asking. While trying to explain what I needed she cut me off. I told her that was rude and she hung up on me. Usually everyone is kind but this woman does not need to be behind the counter at a pharmacy, or any other counter for that matter. I have been with Walmart for many years. Her behavior was unwarranted."
"I always go in before my prescriptions are filled and they are more than willing to fill them for me in a timely manner while I am there. Recently, they went out of their way to fill my prescription minutes before closing for lunch so I wouldn't have to wait hours. I am always kept up to date with calls and texts directly from the pharmacy about my prescriptions."
"I had multiple problems filling my prescriptions, and Joseph and Shane did a phenomenal job doing their very best to work everything out for me! The customer service at this pharmacy is phenomenal! I highly recommend switching to this location."
"If I could give zero stars maybe even negative 5 stars I would. For starters, let me start off by saying I fractured my right foot in 3 spots. My right one making it difficult to drive or anything. Now, the people working in the pharmacy are incompetent. She spent 5 minutes scrolling through all the faxes to see if my prescription came through when she could have used her computer to search it. After she argued with me Because i has waited 2 hours already on my medication i called my doctors office. They sent the script by voicemail. By this point I have already gotten mad and gone home. When I call to let them know it’s on their voicemail, the lady gave me a condescending attitude after leaving me on hold for 20 min. She asks me to call back in 5 minutes so she can check the voicemail. I called and they put me on hold for 30 minutes and suddenly I’m disconnected for no reason. I call back, this time asking to not be put on hold again because it took so long last time and the lady snipes back at me and says our system automatically disconnects you after 10 minutes. I waited another 30 minutes. Hung up. Called back. They ask to put me on hold again. Finally after getting not so nice with these people they didn’t put me on hold. I explained what I had already been through with them, and the guy said he was sorry and would fill my medication right away. He even had me enroll in text notifications as to when it would be ready. 3 hours go by.... no text. So I call up there. They hadn’t even filled my medication yet! So from 11:30am to 8pm I was waiting on my meds to be filled! If I had been diabetic or something and desperately needed my medication. I would probably be in the hospital. When I picked up my medication the pharmacist apologized but I don’t think I complained to the right person because he acted like there was nothing he could do."
