"Our neighbor damaged our truck while mowing and he referred us here for repairs. That repair turned out fine but upon pickup of truck I noticed another ding that was NOT there when we dropped it off. I mentioned this to Jim and he kind of blew it off and said there was more. There is another ding (actually it looks more like it's pushed out) on the bed of the truck but the cab had no issues previously. I am extremely upset because we haven't even made a payment on this vehicle yet. I have pictures to show it had no damage and we went over it with a fine tooth comb after being damaged by neighbor. I saw this immediately today when I picked it up. I picked 1 star only because the original repair is satisfactory."
