"Please check Reddit, Yelp, Facebook, etc. For other reviews. They must be paying for fake reviews here on Google as there is no way this business has 4 stars. I wish I read up on Endurance more than just Google reviews before I decided to buy a warranty. These guys are a complete scam. I paid $3200 for a 5 year policy 2.5 years ago. I never had a claim until recently. My 5.7 Durango had a lifter failure, which per my mechanic is a common problem to the engine. The repair is high at over $7000. They are saying my car is only worth $3,000 and that's all they will pay. I can't find a similar one within 250 miles for under $9,500. I have called in multiple times to try and come to some reasonable agreement with the situation. I get treated very rudely and basically told off. I understand they aren't going to pay up to top dollar, but there should be some reasonable middle ground here. Live and learn, I guess. These guys are complete crooks! I reported them to the BBB (they have a D minus rating) and can't wait to join the inevitable class action lawsuit. My mechanic said this is the last time he will even accept work from them as they are so awful on the mechanic side as well. He has two cars that have been sitting unfinished for months as Endurance drags their feet trying to deny the claim for various strange reasons. He also said Endurance forces junk parts on him and then expect him to warranty the work, even though he would never use those parts normally as they are cheaply made and won't last. They will reply here saying to email them with hopes of resolving the issue, but make no mistake: that is all for show and you will never actually get a response."
"I wish I could give them zero stars. Despite all four repairs supposed to be covered by my premium plan, none were approved by Endurance except for the parts of one (not labor); I had to pay for the remaining costs out of my own pocket. They didn't even reimburse me for the inspection cost. The worst thing is that I had to call them for more than a month to make a decision on my case—the month when I was super busy with deadlines! For every simple move, I had to call and beg them to do it. They asked for some documents, and I sent them all, but they still wouldn't upload them to their portal! I had to call and check every time, and then I noticed that out of the five documents they requested, only three were uploaded, and I had to remind them to please upload the rest. It looks like they do this deliberately to receive an extra monthly payment before rejecting the claims. They rejected all of them and didn't explain why, despite the fact that my purchased plan was premium!! The BMW service was also very frustrated because they spent hours talking to them! Once they made their decision after a long time, they wouldn't let me know about it! I was the policyholder, and they told me I had to call the BMW service to find out their decision. When I called the BMW service, they said this is unusual; they haven't sent anything to us and should have let you know directly, but they were kind and made a call to them, which was another waste of people's time (hours). I could see the frustration on the BMW service specialist's face. I mean, do they even know what the word "warranty" means? horrible experience! This is your sign if you're looking for one. Choose another company. Skip these scammers."
"I researched several warranty companies when we bought our 16-yr old his first car. It was older with quite a few miles but the annual mileage was very low. A check engine light came on so I had it read at a parts store. The failure is of the engine wiring harness which is covered by my plan. My mechanic has called several times as have I. I know what the problem is at Endurance. The support line staff has no knowledge of automobiles. If one word in the claim does not match the wording in the plan then it is denied. My failure is of the engine wiring harness. My mechanic stated this and further described it as the coil pack connection. This language is not in the plan so it is denied. The part number states it is the engine wiring harness. These folks are trained only to deny claims. I recommend putting $130/month into a savings account and should something happen then you have the money to pay for it. So i can't see where i can reply to their response so i will edit to address. I did contact their feedback email and never got a response. I Requested to cancel my plan. I never got any communication from them. I called several times and was told once that it would take 4 - 6 weeks to process my refund. I was told on a separate call that it would take 6 - 8 weeks to process. I was told I would receive an email with my cancellation approval. I never got that email. I finally was told my refund would be processed on 1/30/24 and it would take 10 business days to receive my check. They were right but only because it took them 7 business days to moil the check. This company is not staffed by anyone that knows anything about automobiles. I have talked to a few dealerships and they do not recommend this company. I would suggest you go through who your dealer recommends. Stay away from this company."
"The worst warranty company on the market I paid 1 full year of payments and they wouldn't fix the engine problems or turbo chargers on my 2013 x5 this is the 2nd time they've denied my claim do not do business with them go to another company don't make the same mistake I made please stay away from endurance warranty company"
"I had to call to request a copy of my policy. I was told by the person who answered: it was mailed 12/15/23. I told her I have not received it, she refused too mail me a duplicate. I have software in my computer which does not allow any business on my email. I need a copy. I do not blame the company for rude employees, because I see it all over. I will contact them again since I paid them and have nothing to show for. Enduürance has actually the best policy on the market, my VW has a mechanic worked there for 35 years who recommended Endurance."
