"I had a great experience. We have a 26 year old car that failed the emissions test. I dropped the car off at 900AM. Around 300PM, they called, had fixed the car and took it for the test, which passed. The cost was $250, which I thought was very reasonable especially given the fact that they took it for the retest. I am a very satisfied customer."

"Very unhappy with my visit here. When I brought my vehicle in to get fixed, he told me he needed to look at the car before giving me a price. He never called back to tell me the price of the repair to get me "ok" to go forward with it. He decided to go forward with the work anyway and way over charged me. When I confronted him about this, he was very rude and ignorant. Not a good way to run a business."

"To be honest, I have tried telling myself I am wrong. But no. These people are either one of two things. Heavily inexperienced or extremely slick and ready to rip off someone. The owner safwan is a scammer with a smile on his face. Over the years I have trusted this shop for a long time, actually personally knew the owners as well. Did not know they’ll turn out to be scammers. Don’t know if it’s the owners fault or the shops manager. First experience: Took my Lexus es350 in for a misfire the car was having. I had the check engine codes diagnosed before hand as I am handy with cars myself but do not have the time to work on them. The codes stated car has a bad ignition coil on cylinder 5. Now an experienced mechanic would start by replacing this coil first… that didn’t happen here. They started with the fuel pump and replacing it, Then they charged me an additional 4 hours of diagnosis. At the end all they did was replace the ignition coil and charged me $850 for it. 3 months after the fuel pump went bad (used a non oem part) and also the ignition coil went bad about 7 months after. Again, a non oem part was used. Now the shocking part is, the shop owner told me that they used oem parts from Toyota/Lexus. Straight lied to my face. Second experience: Took my Honda accord in for a timing belt and water pump, thought I could trust the shop with my car since I knew the owner. Owner assured me that he will use OEM parts only. Paid $700 to get it done. Just 2 months later the tensioner on the timing belt snapped in half. Took it back in, they said it needs to be replaced again. Again paid $700. Was assured that OEM parts will be used. Just 4 months after the tensioner snapped again. Took it to another shop this time. They showed me that not only did inferior cheap parts have been used instead of OEM, but the person that installed them cross threaded bolts into the block which is why the tensioner kept snapping. I paid over $1400 dollar to these scammers. Absolutely ridiculous. Lied to my face telling me oem parts were used. It hurts when you work hard for your money and people like this juice you out for every penny they can. In process of requesting an audit by the Secretary of State and City of Chicago consumer protection dept. Will update as time goes on."
