"Overall ok service. The waiting area inside the building is ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!!! The floor was slick with unknown wet substances and brown stains. Not to mention the several flies swarming around. I understand working with cars can get pretty dirty, however the waiting area is unacceptable and completely unhygienic. Photos do not do it justice."

"Apparently appointments don’t matter. I only take one evening a week off and work 90-100 hrs a week, I don’t have time to reschedule. Had an appointment for 4pm on Tuesday September 12th that I scheduled a week ago. When I arrived was told the soonest they could get me in was Friday. I value m my time, but they don’t. Had to even leave work early to be on time. I will never set foot in a tires plus again. Also going to cancel their credit card I got for convenience."

"During this time, I would like to thank Jarred Jackson with all the help in getting my 2015 Chevy sonic fixed. He walk me through all the parts that was malfunctioning and what I needed to fix the problem. He is very knowledgeable of automotive. The wait time was quick. The customer service was incredible. Personally, some mechanics take advantage of individuals that’s not car savvy, but not Mr. Jackson. Thank you for all your help and I definitely will bring my two other vehicles next time for service!!!"

"Completely unsatisfied with this entire process of tire installation thru eBay option of tires plus business on brandywine dr. Peoria Illinois. At beginning of tire change They damaged a tire pressure sensor and technician tries blaming it was broken prior to tire change which was a lie because if sensor was cracked and broken into pieces I would have had light and dash indicating tire sensor light which was not on dash prior to tire installation. Spoke with manager and he agreed they damaged it and they replaced that free of charge. After new tires were installed the manager came and asked me to step out into shop due to they damage my rim. He stated somehow my rim came off machine and it has multiple scratches and deep gouges in my aftermarket black painted rim. Stated they would contact me with rim repair person. Never happened. Then I contacted them and they told me to go to another local tire shop and get quote of replacing my rim. My brand rim has been discontinued and no longer sold since these rims are 6 years been installed on my truck. Made damage claim thru tire plus since manager is not calling me back to resolve my rim damage. They also cross threaded a lugnut and let me leave not telling me about damages crossthreade lugnut. I left after tire installation and pull over and thoroughly looked over my wheels and could clearly see lugnut cross threaded and sticking out from other 4 lug nuts ran all the way in. Went back and made the technician aware and he tells me oh yeah I couldn’t get that lugnut to go all the way in. So I then say to him so you just say nothing and let me drive off. Unbelievable. Then I ask him are you going to fix my stud and lugnut. He said no that is customer’s responsibility. Not when you cross thread the lugnut with an impact. Manager stepped in and said he would repair it for free at another date. They did the following Sunday and had my truck from 9:30 am until 6:30 pm. They made me go to an auto zone in my personal vehicle and pick up replacement lugnut and bring it back to their shop and install it. Making you aware of this situation in hopes my rim damage gets resolved. But will never use this tires plus business again also will be filling a BBB claim"

"Fast Service, but $500 for a front brake replacement on a 12 year old Honda Civic seems a bit excessive. I only wanted brake pads to be replaced but then I was forced to have both rotors replaced too or they wouldn't service my brakes.. it just seems really scammy to me, forcing customers to replace rotors if it's not necessary. Huge upcharge for a fairly inexpensive job otherwise (brake pad replacement). While I was waiting, I watched some guy stock the vending machine with new items. He left and forgot to lock the vending machine."
