"Best Goodwill ever! I love coming here because I always find something good and the workers are very nice. The only annoying thing is where they place their tags on furniture, shoes, dvds, etc. Often times it ruins the product or is really hard to get fully off."
"Note: You will pay more for items at a high end of town vs a common part of town. You can noticable see the difference in prices from the Austin Highway store vs this one, and in my opinion, Austin Highway location receives better clothes items. The other location greets you again when you are in line. This location said, "card or cash.""
"I’ve gotta say this Goodwill is extremely well organized, one of the best I’ve been to. The women’s clothes are always sized correctly, organized by color, and type of clothing so it’s very easy to find skirts, jeans, dress pants, tanks etc. As someone who’s worked retail I know how difficult that can be and it’s always like that, even during busy times like back to school and labor day weekend. the men’s section and occasionally furniture can be a bit slim pickings but all other categories are pretty well stocked."
"Update 16 Jan 2023: The pricing for items at this Goodwill is random with no rime or reason to their approach! It’s just whatever they pull off of the top of their head and when you try and negotiate for a more realistic price they WON’T BUDGE! They were asking $5 for a World Market cream cup which was its original retail price and $6 for a beat up Starbucks tumbler literally worth 50¢! A better shape Starbucks tumbler was a whole $2 cheaper! Make sure you check the prices! See Photos! If you're a VETERAN, I recommend NOT SHOPPING at this goodwill! The checkout personal didn't offer the veterans discount to me, a veteran, they made me ask for it! This is in stark contrast to much friendlier Goodwills in other parts of the city. I've often noticed this indifference toward veterans at the Goodwills that are staffed with a higher percentage of minorities."
"The cleanest and most organized goodwill I've ever seen, it was very nice but the base price for any shirt is $5.79, at least in the women's section. Men's section was very small compared to others and the furniture was almost all gone: popular location I'm assuming. Still it was a nice shopping experience with lots to find."
