"I understand people work a long day and, want to go home. I completely get that. The part that's frustrating is when your told to come back tomorrow, while, there are customers still in the store and one of them leaves to grab his car for his big TV. I only had to grab a firestick that was ALREADY PAID FOR. This would be the second time BB had terrible customers service. I'll be shopping on line from now on. Just not at BB ever again. Not that they will care lol."

"Do not go here under any circumstance. I purchased a fridge and paid for delivery and haul away. After 3 attempts, they have STILL not hauled away the fridge because the managers here have failed to properly put in the request for the larger haul away. The GM, Ramon, dodges calls, blames others, and tells you to call other departments that can't help. He's on lunch every time you call and will not call back to help. Other employees state that they cannot help. Nobody takes responsibility or even tries to make things right. Absolutely disappointing experience from what I thought was a reputable big box store."

"1. You can’t reach anyone by phone. It’s disconnected as soon as the automations “transfer” you. 2. We bought a stove, and signed up for Best Buy complete care so that it would cover our product as this is an outlet, like who knows what’s going to happen with it plus delivery is free if you do that. Well Delivery for the appliance was over a month out which baffles me, hire more people so that this isn’t the case but we have a truck so we decided to just take it in our own. 2 months later, our stove top stops turning on. Turns out, some screws on the oven were not tightened correctly(something that was not our fault) and it sparked breaking the stove and per the technician could have caused a house fire with how large it sparked. So I’m like okay well we have total Best Buy protection right? This should cover us right? Well because we did not use their installation person, which again was over a month out for delivery, this could potentially void that warranty. Was this explained to us when delivery options were given? No. They said we can deliver it or you can take it now. So with will be about 3-4 weeks from when this happened to possibly not have any coverage on our stove (which we paid for this Best Buy protection plan). So if the manager of this store reads this, please explain this fact to your staff as this is pretty important to share. I would not have delivered my own stove and paid for a warranty had I known that it would potentially be voided out. So now I have to be a jerk and talk to a ton of people to try and get this issue fixed so I can cook dinner for my children."

"Best buy outlet... Friendly staff, not pushy at all. Helpful and courteous. They'll help you load your bigger appliances, and they'll also wrap it up with bubble wrap to protect it in transit. They knocked off 50 bucks off the price which was unexpected and greatly appreciated! Anything helps! We also got a best buy gift card! I would definitely recommend this place to save some good hard earned money! Up to 50%!!!"
