I was searching for a specific product with a puzzled look on my face, when Abby, one of the store managers stopped what she was doing just to help me find what I was looking for. She even got the ladder out to look on top of the shelves and she helped me find exactly what I needed to get my job done today. Thank you Abby for saving me a lot of time."
"This is a shout out to employee Nathan, who was kind enough to find me assistance in the floor department even though it wasn't his department after staff who do work the department blew me off, wasn't even a busy day. As a woman and a senior I've adjusted to hardly getting assistance when at Home Depot so I proceeded to search on my own but Nathan was determined to get me help when he ran into me again. So appreciate it and wish all employees treated all customers with assistance and respect. Good job with this valuable employee Home Depot!"
"I like Home D &, & employees who assisted me were helpful when accessible. Upgraded a home, upon retirement, from USAF. In last couple years I can't seem to get the small mil discount, & the cashiers get irritated each time I ask. So after 10 yrs, I just closed the account. Additionally, I mentioned to the mgr that people around cars in the parking lot at the De Zavalla store. I read today that a car thief was stopped & shot at by customer before they were able to steal a his car. I probably will not go to that store without being vigilant & have my weapon with me. Home D may lose some good customers, by not ensuring safety at that store..."

Very professional very knowledgeable and just awesome personalities. We bought a home and we will be back to get everything we need from y’all .
