"We have shopped in this store multiple times and always had positive outcomes not this time the young lady was not in the mood to sell or help she made no effort to help what normally took me at least an hr going through their awesome inventory was cut short because of her additude I guess she we should have gone to Burlington instead by by 2 nd looks !"

"I used to rely on Second Looks for the occasional sport coat and/or slacks. The last two times I've been in the "girls" working there didn't come out from behind the counter and offer any assistance. Something I always got when Norris worked there. The prices have gone up significantly as well. I also noticed the clothes wrinkled and looking more worn than I have seen in the past. For example when looking at a sport coat it would have those little fuzz balls on the sleeves from rubbing against the waist of the coat. I little thing, but I'd never seen this kind of worn clothing displayed in the past. many of the suits and sport coats were really wrinkled to. I am guessing with the name change from Second Hand looks to Second Looks for Men, they are under a new owner. That's too bad."
"I went here on a referral from a friend, and I was glad to find a couple of dress shirts in my size. The staff was helpful and friendly. I also got a couple of ties. Two dress shirts and two ties for $70. I will be back."
