"Store on 1604/Bandera:There is a teacher who was working the weekend we were shopping. She was so helpful! We didn't have to ask. She came right over and helped us load and unload all our lumber. Management should teach all the other associates to be as helpful and courteous!"
"I’m not sure why curbside takes this long. I waited over 25 minutes for 3 items. At this point I could have gone inside myself and been out of there quicker than waiting. I was the only one at curbside. Curbside is suppose to be “faster.” At this location you are better off getting out of your car and getting it yourself. Definitely not satisfied with the wait time."
"The appliance salesperson misrepresented the appliance delivery and installation services. I ordered an entire kitchen bundle including range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The salesman assured me that they would install my range despite it being propane. I know not everyone can install propane. Upon delivery, the home depot installer broke one of the exterior panels on my refrigerator. He then told me he was done and refused to install the other 3 appliances even though I paid for installation and haul away of the old appliances. Now both the Home Depot Store and the customer service number are refusing to help. They want me to go through their "Home Depot PRO" department and have me pay an even higher installation fee even though I've already paid for installation. Worst customer service EVER!"
