"Worst service EVER!! bought a refrigerator and had it delivered, drivers amazing, refrigerator was unacceptable, wires hanging out and broken on inside. Bestbuy no longer have it in stock, asked if they can replace with somthing compperble sure. But you have to pay the full price. And still never got a refund of the other one. And refused to give any sort of discount on the new one since the other one was damaged appon delivery. 3 housrs total trying to get a refund, and cancel the order that would never be fulfilled. Never again"

"*update the girl was not a manager after all * The manager for shipping receiving a small, redheaded lady, with glasses was extremely rude and unprofessional. I can understand she may be having a bad day, but she doesn’t need to project her bad energy on everybody around her. She was very confrontational. Did not want to help and extremely aggressive for no reason, she refunded my order without even me stating that i wanted it then progress to throw the receipt on the floor walk back inside without saying anything Will never be coming back to this Best Buy"

"I had the WORST experience in my life at this establishment. The so called "Manager" is incompetent and a child. I stood in the customer service line for 25 minutes before my turn which I completely understood, however when I was called up to a register by the customer service cashier I was asked to verify my information on their system and the customer service representative asked me to wait a minute and walked away. I didn't have any issues with waiting a moment or two but it wasn't, I stood at the register for 15 minutes while the representative who was "helping" went off to the front greeting desk and started snacking and drinking soda and playing with another employee. I watched him walk around the front door and continue with his break in disbelief. I waited for him to come back and finish assisting me with my return, however he never even glanced my way. I waited an entire 37 minutes, and went over to him and told him that I could not believe that he had me waiting while he took his lunch break. His manger interrupted me and told me that he would not allow me to address his employees that way. I stopped and looked at the manager and said your employee was assisting me with my issue and asked me to wait a second and is over here with you taking a break,eating,and playing with you. The manager said that he was going to ask me to leave if I continued to speak that way about his employees. I could NOT believe it. I left on my own. And I will NEVER do business with them again. Horrible management, horrible customer service, it doesn't exist, horrible all together!! NEVER AGAIN."

"My installation experience with Best Buy was TERRIBLE!!! After purchasing my wall oven, Best Buy sent out a contractor for a site evaluation twice to my house. They assured me that I had enough clearance for everything. I asked the contractor if they should pull out my existing oven and check out the electrical plug location and they said that it would be fine. The first time they came out to install my oven it got canceled due to a schedule conflict so I rescheduled it. The day before the installation I received another phone call from the installer and they told me that their truck broke down and would have to reschedule my installation, so I did. Five hours later I received another phone call from the installer and they said that it was a mistake and if I still wanted the same day, I said ok. They never called or showed up!! I went to the store to complain about it and they scheduled me for the following week. When they showed up, the oven didn't clear because of the electrical outlet. They put the oven in the wall with only 2 screws instead of the 8 required screws and the oven wasn't flush. The next day I took the oven out and had my handyman move the outlet higher so that the oven would clear. I called the installation company and they never returned my phone calls! I went back to the store to talk to a manager to get it taken care of and all they did was give me a 800 number to call. I called the 800 number and they told me that they would escalate the issue and it's been over a week without a phone call!! I also paid for a haul away for my old appliances and they didn't take them! I do not recommend Best Buy for any installation at all!!"

"Best Buy with nothing to buy. We were very disappointed going there today, July 1st. Young workers didn't seem to want to help. I finally got someone's attention to help me find something and then he immediately walked away and I had no opportunity to ask important questions. We walked around and many of the shelves were empty. How do they stay in business when there is very little inventory for anyone to buy. The only good experience here was the woman at the register that check us out. She actually answered some questions and was very friendly. I wish I would have got her name."
