"Wife and I loved our cooktop we purchased. At the time we saw the cooktop and wanted it for the price. We wanted to purchase the item before the price went up. They recommend the 3 wire range cord as something we needed for addition accessories for installation. Due to our kitchen renovation, we weren’t ready for them to install at the time. Fast forward to today, the installation gentleman (super nice and helpful) acknowledged I didn’t need the 3 wire range accessory. I went to return the 3 wire range and they wouldn’t allow me to return this because it was over 30 day policy. I asked for store credit and the store leader told me he couldn’t. He recommended me to sell it on “eBay”. I called the customer service number and i told them what happened, and they still refuse to offer me store credit. I told them it would be a shame to lose a customer over $40 as I would also post this on social media. They still refused store credit so I’m keeping my word and posting on social media and returning for anything else."
