"If i could give a NO STARS i absolutely would mostly every time I come to this specific home depot the young people here are rude and have no knowledge of simple things in a home depot store or even try to apply any type of work ethic or the want to learn of there new occupation iv had trouble with simple things like a ac filter deal that clearly has the deals every were in the filter ile or can't even help me with purchasing a new cartridge there response "uhhh i dont think i can help you that peice looks broken"??? If it was not broken I would not need a new one of course I than try to show him how to find a serial number i was in a learning stage to at a time i understand cool but nope the gentlemans response"uh yea they don't teach us that so those mean nothing to me" the younger men definitely need more training on there occupation and on customer service or need to apply at a Starbucks if they want to stand all day and do nothing not knowing is not the problem it's the not wanting to learn and the disrespect is the problem the older men and women great job the younger men should be embarrassed at the work ethic the younger women put in keep it up lady's!!!"

"I refuse to self checkout. It's your company, it's your employees. You check me out. I didn't come here to work. I haven't been here in over a year, hoping, you changed your checkout ways. But no. So I'm done. P.s. the home Depot on military and zarzamora has cashier's!!"

"Today I was helped by Treg. He is very friendly and doing my cutting job as his own. I got such a job done on and off from Home depot. Always dome kind of disappointment. But Treg make me happy and comfortable."

"I was just in the store buying some hand tools, and getting the associate who had the right key was like pulling teeth. The worst part, though, was customer service. The younger girl with glasses who originally helped me was absolutely clueless. I had items brought up, and she acted like she had 0 idea what I was saying. She honestly acted like she was high. I do have to give props to Ms. Pamela, though, is always a pleasure to purchase items from."

"I went during the week and middle of the day. Lots of aisles blocked. Egress is not easy due both to displays overlapping in main aisles and abandoned employee and customer carts. This is annoying when shopping for able bodied people, but more importantly, it is very unsafe, especially for people with limited mobility. How could they possibly get out quickly in case of an emergency? Some employees were clearly dodging customers, but two were wonderful. The female employee in the flooring department was great to get me a rug off of the display and the cashier was wonderful also. Just wish they would clear the aisles."
