"Emailed but it was returned as undeliverable even though it was correct. Tropicana might be more proactive and check on their office managers. What good are all the technologies available if email listed is wrong or outdated?"

"This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in Tropicana Properties ( Diana Palms) They are all talk and no action, they want us to take care of their property but they are not taking care of ours, our cars are being vandalized it seems like on a regular basis and nothing is being done about it whatsoever. I believe that they should be held accountable for the damage done to our property outside in the parking lot, we can't bring our cars in our apartments and they need tofix our damage property, just like they want a security deposit for damages done to their apartment, they should have to pay a security deposit on our property left in their parking lot. I have nothing good to say about Diana Palms, and I would never recommend this place to anyone.ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK THERE IS ALOT GOING ON HERE AND WE TENANTS SHOULD NOT HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THIS. TROPICANA CARES NOTHING ABOUT THEIR TENANTS OR THEIR SAFETY ALL THEY WANT IS THEIR RENT AND COULDN'T CARE LESS ABOUT THE LIVING CONDICTIONS HERE AND THE COMPLAINTS THAT THE TENANTS ARE MAKING ABOUT OUR SAFETY."
