"Great rooms & friendly staff! The airport shuttle is also a plus! The breakfast is the most disappointing i have ever seen in a Hilton property. Such few options, no proper protein or eggs offered the last 2 nights. The cereal holder is messy and just gives you crumbles. The breakfast sandwich that was offered is soggy and disgusting, could probably get a better one at the worst gas station in town. If you’re looking for great customer service and a hotel close to the airport, this is a perfect option. skip the “breakfast”."

"First time to El Paso and selected this hotel on a whim. Glad I did! Room was more than spacious, clean, updated and NO musky smells. Brea and Nathan at the front were top notch in hospitality. Brea set me up with my room quickly and Nathan gave some suggestions on dinner and even help me get there and back! Now that’s service you don’t typically get in a big city. Glad to see a hotel keeping up with the landscaping and ambience outside to include the dog bag receptacles."

"Good experience in general. I was initially placed on 6th floor, and we had a heavily gusty wind that felt really loud at this level. Room heating definitely was subpar, then power went totally out. Some guests gathered in the lobby for few hours until power was restored. The lady at front desk helped me move to a lower level for better noise and it was much better. Morning buffet was somewhat ok (all hot sandwiches included pork, which I do not consume !). Again, thanks to the nice cook who prepared egg omelets quickly. Overall, the hotel is reasonably located near ELP with free shuttle to airport. I may stay there again."

"Beds not very comfortable, sofa bed terribly uncomfortable (even for a sofa bed). Gap between bathroom barn door and wall ensures you hear another person in the bathroom and the light illuminates the sleeping area if someone uses it in the middle of the night. On the positive side, staff was very pleasant and property is clean and welcoming. Also, room A/C let you run the fan constantly for white noise."

"I've been to at least 20 different Home2suites in my travels and this by far is the best one. The cleanliness and customer service are OUTSTANDING !!!! My amazing trip usually begins with checking in to my room at the front desk and being greeted by one of the nicest and most caring people I have ever met. Her name was Valeria. She is always extremely personable and friendly during check-in. I truly enjoy her positive personality. I once had an issue with my room and another awesome person named Nate came and fixed the issue quickly. He was very attentive in everything he did. Trust me when I tell you, this is an excellent hotel to stay at."
