"We stopped in just to get batteries replaced,also realized we had a small air leak. Walked out with a $808 bill. Just to get put in parking lot a hear a AIR LEAK that we just paid to have fixed. Went back to have them check just for the guy to get smart with my husband. Would not advise anyone to do business at this store. And they asked us about checking all the batteries to see if they were bad and turned around and charged for that as well and charged to just put them in as well. It's a RIP OFF to stop here."
"Never been to a worse Loves in my life parked and within minutes was harassed by a security guard and told to move to another area… there was litterally not a car onsite and I hadn’t even ran inside yet!"

"I am a disabled veteran. One of the sole reasons why I use loves to take a shower is because they have always given me a veterans discount. However, today went to take a shower and their system would not give me the veterans discount. I asked the manager. I said manager I have taken a shower here six times and you’ll have given me a discount each time why are you not giving me the veteran Discount this time? He said well I push the button and it said no..!"
