"We were only there one night but everything was great. Luckily we weren’t there for the view. My advice for most guests is bring an extension cord and if you want a free breakfast, stay somewhere else. I like room service and I’m thankful that it’s back (after Covid) there were NO waffles in the lobby then. Anywhere. Thanks for your service guys!"

"Great HGI! Great location only about 1 mile off I-10. Easy access to restaurants. Nice rooms, too. The staff is friendly and helpful! Shout-out to Front Desk worker Ron! So helpful and very pleasant! We stay here everytime we come through El Paso! YOU SHOULD TOO!!!"

"It was fine, clean. Not as well appointed as other Hiltons. They clearly spent money on the lobby and then skimped on the floors with the rooms. All the other Hiltons we've stayed in have free breakfast, but here it was $22 a person. Would probably pick a different hotel if I was driving through again."

"Friendly service and nice location by campus and stuff to do. The rooms are dated and the shower temperature is very wonky. The first day it was scalding and I had to mess with it for 20 mins and eventually figured out if I ran the hot at the sink faucet and shower, it would be tolerable for showering. The next day it was cold. They have these curved shower rods, which is fine and great, but the curtain was about 2" too short so it hung outside the tub wall and got water all over the floor. The onsite restaurant was ok, but the server may also be your bartender and your cook. The Austin street tacos are the best thing to get. The wings are a miss - over cooked and the burger I had was charred. If you plan to do work in their lounge, be aware there's only like 3 power outlets on the whole main floor."

"Old showers, still with shower curtain, water temperature changes frequently. This hotel really needs good renovation. With the same price, I stayed at Hotel Indigo in Downtown, which was much nicer. Need to add there is a door to connect my room to the next room, which makes me hear whatever is happening in the other room, so you can't have a good rest."
