Radisson Hotel El Paso Airport

"I stayed here last weekend with my mother and father, I had rented out the rooms to treat them to a nice night but when we got there the first room they gave was messed up, curtains weren’t closing and when I tired calling the front desk with the phone that is provided it didn’t work, I called from my cellphone and they switched my room. When I tired using the indoor jacuzzi it wasn’t working at all and I had to go outside to use the jacuzzi but yet it was also faulty, I was going to rent out the room again but after all this happened we didnt want to stay here again, All we wanted was a nice weekend and all we got was a bad weekend."

"I stayed for two nights. It was wonderful. Indoor and outdoor pools and whirlpool spas. A large fitness center with several cardio machines is available. You can see they go out of their way for events with several ballrooms and an atrium. There was a wedding reception in one ballroom when I was there, but the hotel was still quiet and I was not disturbed."

"After calling 12 hotels in the area I was pleased to find they had a handicap walk in shower room available on a Friday night. I was able to see the room beforehand to make sure it’d be suitable for my mother, and it was ! They even provide a shower chair in the large bathroom. The room is spacious and set up for walkers & wheelchairs to move freely. I will say the best part is the staff. The front desk staff was so helpful and understanding with the room details. Then there’s Charles, he helped load & unload all the luggage from my car, offered to assist with my mom, suggested the room service and personally brought the menu & called the kitchen for us, showed us how to use the AC and made us feel very welcomed. The room service was prompt and so kind. He set up the trays and drinks and overall gave 5 star service. Highly recommend this hotel for people traveling with their elderly family or people in need of handicap assistance and service with a smile."

"This is our 2nd stay at this Hotel. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. The Hotel Bar/Restaurant staff are always great and accommodating. We needed a corkscrew remover and they didn't hesitate to help out. So many little things that made our stay more fun. Housekeeping came every morning to ensure we had what we needed or wanted. I love this hotel because of the staff but also the rooms are larger then normal, the oversized, bathtub and separate shower. I hope when the renovations get to the north side of hotel, that Radisson keeps the same bathtub/shower set up. The King bed is always so comfy. The location is perfect if you plan to visit New Mexico. The indoor pool and outdoor pool are always well kept. The hotel is always clean. The outdoor fireplace wasn't working but the seating outdoor was perfect even without the fire going."

"If you enjoyed this review, please leave it a thumbs up. If you're looking for something quick near the airport. These rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is not without it's flaws. As you can see, there is cracked paint in the bath tubs in one of the pictures that I did post. But the rooms are clean , the beds were a little too soft for me. The rooms could definitely use a little more light. But if you're just looking to stay in the clean, spacious room for one night while you get back to the airport, this is a good hotel."
