"Rooms are noisy from the interstate traffic. Pillows were flat and squishy and itchy bed linens. The room was very clean. The bathroom was very bright, roomy and well designed."

"5 STAR, A+++ Hampton and Service at this location. I am a Diamond member, and travel for Business and Leisure. This was the first visit to El Paso for Leisure with family and it felt like home. Excellent Customer Service from the moment We walked into the Hotel. Rooms, Cleanliness, Breakfast and smiling and supporting staff. All were exceptional. Alina and Michelle were exceptional. Check in and Check out was a breeze. This Hampton is a GEM in Texas. Highly recommend to stay for your Business and Leisure. What a great experience for Christmas and Holidays!!. Thank you!"

"The front desk employees who helped check us in and out were very nice and helpful. The holiday decor in the lobby was super cute and the breakfast was very good. Lots of tasty options. I reserved a king suite and it did not disappoint! It was basically a little apartment with everything you could need. The kitchen had a stove top, microwave, dishwasher, full fridge/freezer and cabinets with dishes for cooking and eating. The TVs in the front room and bedroom were pretty big for hotel TVs. There was a sleeper sofa in the front room (that we didn't use) and TV trays which really came in handy while we ate some food and watched some shows. Our only regret is that we got there later in the evening and could only stay one night while splitting a long drive from Arizona to central Texas in half. El Paso was a good midway point and we will 100% be coming back to this spot when we come through again!"

"If you are a blue collar worker on night shift at Marathon then DO NOT STAY HERE! They have no accommodations for your sleep schedule. Cleaning ladies only come during the day and not until 9am so if you work 6p-6a they cut right into your sleep. You can't even stay in the room while they clean it. The suite I was in cost $300 a day some they could easily have a night cleaning crew since it's the workers that spend the most on hotels. Also the front desk ladies don't really seemed too concerned about anyone's inconvenience and are unsympathetic that some people work 7/12s and already don't get enough sleep."

"Considering how it cost $200 per night for a standard room, I was extremely disappointed by this hotel. First of all, the individuals working at the front desk were very stand-offish and rude. Their behavior gave me the impression that I was bothering them and wasting their time. Furthermore, the bathroom in our suite was disgusting. Not only does the toilet seem to have issues, but it looked as if it had stains from the previous guests. The more I focused on one area of the bathroom, the more I noticed dirt, blood, or bugs everywhere. The floor looked as if it hadn’t even been swept. I hoped a shower would help me to get rid of the dirty feeling I had, but I was quickly let down by the weak pressure coming from the shower head. For $200 a night, I was expecting better quality and cleanliness. I think I would be less upset about the whole ordeal if it hadn’t been so expensive. This definitely wasn’t worth the money."
