"Rented a trailer on Jan 19, picked it up they went hooked up checked everything, drove to az on the way there the leg of jack lowered itself was told by a passing car to check the rear, pulled into Benson it was for sure the leg had lowered an was about 1inch of the ground, I drove over aspeed bump an felt hit as I pulled in the trucks stop, fast forward to 22 of Jan dropped the trailer off advise the owner as he saw a piece of rope holding the leg up as the handle wouldn't screw the leg up, his response we give full maintenance an I dont see this happening I told him this could have been worse could of cause an accident, he replied I don't see it happening its like having a blow out on your car it's a random thing. Will take care of you next time, so beware if you rent from this place mke sure the jack leg doesn't go down on you an cause you to have an accident, going 70 mph as his reply we give periodic maintenance to our equipment an he couldn't see it happening. I don't think I'll be renting from this place anymore."
