"I lived here since 2020 I love it here its very safe and well protected new remodeling absolutely beautiful workers are always there on time get the work done as needed nice neighbors very friendly place quiet and peaceful and Johanna de la Pena is very kind and understanding and a hard worker."

"Horrible management (Joanna de la Pena) and maintenance workers. Very rude and not helpful. Especially since all of this construction has been going on for the past 9+ months. People coming in and out of our home as they please, slamming doors, leaving trash, leaving things unfinished for months…etc. Ridiculous. Rent increased. The pool is being used for storage. Tractors block us as we try to drive into our home. I have kids and it has been a nightmare having strangers in and out. We get letters every week about what is supposed to get done and it never happens. The maintenance is the worst! They don’t fix things right and have an ugly attitude. Joanna says nothing. Doesn’t show care or sympathy at all. As a manager, your job is to keep your tenants happy and try to help. Look elsewhere."
"We moved in 3 months ago and we absolutely love our new home. Joanna made the move in experience very pleasant and has been tremendously helpful. From the management to the maintenance and even the security are all very friendly. The community itself is very quiet and peaceful. The recent upgrades are a huge plus as well."
