"Claudia is my property manager. She does a fantastic job. I've been in my property for almost 3 years. I'm lucky because I have a very well taken home, that is about 20 years old. I've never had issues with maintenance. Some of the reviews speak of fees & I can say I've always you paid on time & there was one instance where there was error on my part, realtor part & my bank. Fees did occur I paid what I knew I owed but the rest were removed. The current owner is in the process of selling the house I'm in & Claudia is helping to find me a new home. After my move is complete I'll be able to speak on deposit return."

They charge the tenants for repairs to the property! They do not return phone calls! They do not respond to emails!
