"Went to exchange a pair of shoes gifted to me for Christmas. Called the day before to get assistance and staff was very helpful and held the shoes for me. The store seemed small to me for some reason but maybe it's just the right size. There was a good selection of items. I was pleasantly surprised to see African American representation in staff who had excellent customer service! I was in and out on a Saturday evening during a busy holiday weekend. Will return in the future!"
