"The service was good, frequent check ins and recommendations for my friend. However, my friend who I accompanied in the store left her AirPods in the store. The worker who helped us proceeded to pocket the AirPods and they were tracked back to her residence and used. She then brought the AirPods back to the store as a personal item now. This is a bad look for the brands reputation as thieves should not be hired. Compensation is viable justice for this situation."

"It was a very pleasant experience when I was there super nice coworker. However, while I was changing I accidentally dropped my AirPods without realizing it. I go to track my AirPods and they were stolen. This girl didn’t even think that I’d be tracking the location and I see they’re back at aritzia so I assumed it was a coworker and I go back and get them. I got no compensation and they didn’t even apologize for having them stolen. I was very disappointed and frustrated."

"I like this store. Mostly because of the workers! They are so nice, attentive, and always help you to find what you need. I had to deal with some returns and I’m impressed with how Taylor (she is the manager here) was helpful. Tori and Mersade are my favorite style advisers. Awesome team!"
