"I would expect much much more for an express store in Oakbrook. The store is disorganized, cluttered, stuffy and overall dirty. I can easily spend my money here but the store did not look like it was handled by employees who want to welcome in their customers The clearance racks were very unorganized. There were clothes on the floor, hazardous. I don’t recall being welcomed in the store. I had a much better experience at the York Town location. Shameful for the express name."

"This review is solely for Neeka who was working on the sales floor. I had entered an online order which was delayed (it should have processed by tonight but I get it, things happen). I was already at the mall though. So I decided to grab the items myself since it was so late and just cancel the online order. She helped me find several of my items and made sure to honor the prices that I would have had with the online order. I'm sure it was a pain but she didn't seem bothered at all and was so kind about not making me come back tomorrow. Thank you Neeka!!"
