"I use to shop here, about 15 yrs ago (but downtown, Chi location in Water Tower). I didn’t know if I’d find anything but what I did know is that this is a brand that I knew I could trust. To say that I was extremely pleased with the excellent customer service I received would be a huge understatement. I was swiftly & pleasantly reminded of how stores were a couple decades ago when the customer came 1st! I felt seen, heard, understood & like I was really taken care of in a way that made me want to spend my hard earned money there. I was greeted on my way in. While I was just browsing for something to catch my eye, I was introduced to a salesperson who inquired what brought me in & if I had an event to attend or if I was just looking for some pieces to add to my wardrobe. There were 4 sales persons that were each communicating with eachother with every step I took & somehow despite the store having a good amount of customers, we were each being attended to by multiple people. Within 10 minutes of browsing the fits in a clockwise rotation, I found myself in the fitting room with 15+ options all in varying sizes. The fitting room attendant was collaborating with the couple salespeople that were grabbing addtl options for me and she was adding clothing & helping me to grab different sizes and also removing things that didn’t quite work for me. She was on the ball! Every-time I had changed into another outfit, she’d pop her head in & provide feedback & ask me how I felt it each fit. My aim was to score an outfit to wear to a holiday party that I ended up not even attending. I left with 2 complete & interchangeable outfits & a an addtl cute top just incase I wanted a 3rd option. I didn’t know that they also offer stylists who are willing to come meet you anywhere in the city! I was blown away by this level of customer service. I honestly didn’t know it still existed. I’ll definitely be back & I might even call one of the cards I was given for the stylist! My bill was a little over $300 w/ tax but for all of the high quality items I scored, they’ll be a part of my wardrobe for years. There was no less than a 3:1 ratio of salespeople to clients, complete with high quality /no pressure customer service! Unbeatable. Took me about 45 minutes to try 15 different things on & ended up with 5 items (3 tops & 2 pants) that I really liked. Well worth the trip, the time, the value & I’ll use these pieces for years to come! I don’t shop often but when I do, I’ll be returning to this boutique! Happy to learn they upheld their standards over the years! Highly recommend! I might double back to share the clothing I splurged on. This really was a one stop shop, if I had wanted or needed shoes or accessories, they had those too! A+++ Tip: for deeper discounts (30%) let them add you to their email list. That was worth it & the discount covered more than the sales tax."

"Super pushy, very hard selling, and do not take clues that I'm uncomfortable. One of the ladies just opened the curtain on me and walked in on me mid changing and half naked, there are other men sitting in the changing area. This place is so far gone and I've never felt so, almost, humiliated. They relentlessly pushed dresses I was not liking, telling me my stomach could use a pair of Spanx to hide it and then I'd like it. Rude as all get out and are insulting. These sales people are painfully awkward. Just, wow, never again."

"Used to buy all my clothes here. Not so much any more. So much business attire and fancy clothes. I loved their slightly flowy sleeved tee shirts for every day but can't find them any more."

"Ill be attending a Chicago symphony show and was looking for an outfit. I’m difficult to dress because I’m just under 5’2” Finding clothes is an absolute chore for me Most don’t fit well but the women at this location are quite a team. I walked out with a beautiful pant and blazer outfit with lace top , booties and earrings They were incredibly helpful. They pretty much picked it all out for me Thanks ladies!!"

"The clothes are great. I love the fabrics they use. The only reason why this is a 3 out of 5 is because the personal at this particular store isn't wasn't kind during my last visit. When I was leaving the store, I over heard a salesman explaining to their coworkers why I shouldn't have returned a dress I bought online. The price was great which was one of their annoyances about my return. Then the saleman said the dress was too long for me and I shouldn't have tried a size 6. I bought it online so I kept the better fitting dress but thank you for judging my size in a winter puffer coat. The dress does look amazing I kept. The drape was great as well as the fabric so I would say keep shopping whbm but definitely go to a different location if you want to try something on or return."
