"lived here for over 2 years but theres a 0 percent chance that I sign the lease again. my window got busted out right next to cameras and when i told the office staff they basically just told me "sorry". hot tubs and pool are never clean, only one gas grill works, neighbors are loud, packages get stolen, they charge you extra fees. my last straw is the fact that parts to fix my vandalized car have been stuck in the gym for 3 days because the office staff wont get a lock smith to open the gym doors for everyone! choose a nicer apartment this place is rundown and dangerous."

"My AC was out for 3 DAYS and there was no urgency in getting it fixed. I called multiple times to get it fixed because it was so hot in the apartment. This is the 4th time the AC unit went out on me since moving in 2 months ago. Also there is a mold problem that can make you really sick. Do yourself a favor and don't move here"

"I’m not gonna recommend this place to anyone! If you live there for long and you move out, they will make you pay to replace almost everything in the apartment. When you request for evidence for the charges, they will come up with stuffs that doesn’t apply to you just to reap you of your hard earned money. And be careful when they say you should make a non-refundable deposit that will cover cleaning and damages. That’s a trick to get your money at the end and they will still come up with a ludicrous bill. And if you are already in, make sure you inspect the apartment thoroughly and have them replace everything to brand new and when you move out, take pictures, videos and have them walk through with you because they will come up with a lie to charge you. Other issues with this apartment is the roaches in the apartment, constant water shut off and the maintenance will take forever to come. They are deceptive, all they care about is the money."

"I won’t recommend this apartment to anyone. We move into the apartment in 2021. * The house was not cleaned properly when we moved in. we saw underwear n socks behind the washer * The dryer was not working properly and it took weeks to get someone to fix * The bathrooms doesn’t have air vent if it’s something you are concerned about * The management is fraud, they emailed my wife saying our pet damage the Carpet even though we don’t have a pet. The apartment had a used carpet when we moved in but they expect us to buy new Carpet when we moved out which cost 100s of $ * The apartment has no value for it’s price"

"Today is my move in day and Kia was absolutely amazing! She worked with me diligently and helped me this entire process. Check ups and follow ups since August.
