"I lived here for a total of 2 years since the complex was opened. Cons: If you’re planning to rent here I would avoid renting in the 3rd floor. Summers are awful in the complex as the heat rises and the AC units are too small and can’t keep the apartment cool. I would keep the AC at 70-72 and by the afternoon it would start climbing up to 76-78 and not go back down till 9pm regardless of the AC running all day trying to catch up. Texas heat can be rough but it I’ve rented for the last 10 years and always having to have lived in the top floor I never had this issue. You will notice the AC repair company being a frequent visitor to this complex as well. The units are consistently breaking. Another negative is that they annoyingly enter the apartment way too much for inspections. Be prepared for 1-2 times a month of visits. They also send way too many texts and emails about food trucks. I wish they would have stuck to important information only. The apartment walls are incredibly thin. You really can hear everything. The gates from the opposite side of the office are always broken. I think they functioned for a total of 3 months from the entirety of me living there. Also I would avoid a building next to the gates. There is a noise that comes from the box that is consistently heard and can get annoying. The apartment complex is kind of falling apart. The dog park is always dirty and sad looking. They removed the water fountain that was there because they couldn’t get it working. I think it was there for a week. People don’t pick up after their dogs so you will see that wherever you walk. The dumpster area is gross. People from outside the apartment always dump things there. People have no idea how the dumpster works and leave trash outside of it all the time. The hallways are AWFUL. There is trash stains and dog/people hair all over. This is the first apartment complex that doesn’t power wash the hallways once a month. Pros: They have amenities if you use those. Parcel lockers for packages. There is a lot of storage in the kitchen. I never had issues with maintenance. They responded quickly. They are now under new management so hopefully they change a few things."

"We arrived at these apartments and are completely delighted. clean well-groomed front doors, beautiful territory, convenient parking. The apartment is freshly renovated, has a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. everything works properly, our children like it. the complex has a gym and pool, a good middle school"
